Delete your account and data

You can permanently delete your Garage account at any time. All your vehicles, entries, maintenance plans and photos will be removed irreversibly.

In the app

1. Open the Garage app.
2. Tap Settings at the bottom.
3. Choose Account.
4. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Deletion is immediate. Active subscriptions in the App Store / Google Play continue until the end of the current paid period and will not renew.

By email

If you no longer have access to your account, write to loeschung@garage-management.com with the subject Account deletion. We process requests within 14 days. To verify your request we need the email address you registered with.

What is deleted

• account and profile data (email, display name)
• all vehicles, maintenance and repair entries
• all images and attachments in storage
• maintenance intervals and reminders
• local data on your device when you sign out

What may be retained

• anonymised billing records, where required by law (e.g. § 257 HGB, § 147 AO)
• log data for abuse prevention for up to 30 days
